Please forgive me if this is not the best forum to post this question but bear with me.

I am looking for ways to intensify my orgasm. The reason I chose to put this in this section is that as a switch, I am talking about ways a top can intensify orgasm for me as a bound and helpless sub.

Binding the cock and balls can help to force a lot of blood into them so suggestions for ties welcome.

Sorry to keep adding to this.

Another thing would be to somehow make the orgasm itself painful. So that the closer to orgasm the greater the pain. This would maybe make reaching orgasm very difficult but great fun for the dom.

I recommend looking into tantric practices, ecstatic sex rites and male multiple orgasms. None of these should cause PAIN, however, the practices will train you to intensify your orgasms.

There is certain jewelry that has a ball that is inserted into the penile opening that is supposed to prevent ejaculation, but a sub I speak to says he is able to ejaculate but it does cause pain due to the pressure needed for the ejaculate to pass the ball.

There's a well known book on the subject you speak of titled "The Multi-Orgasmic Man" by Mantak Chia & Douglas Abrams. It should be available from Amazon or the other major booksellers. It is based on a combination of Taoist and Tantric principles.
