OK- i been talk to this man i met on a dating site for 6 months. a few times i pushed to talk via phone. 2 times the line did not go thru. tonight he said we should talk via phone. he typed in his number- i mine. then i called. the girl that answered knew too much to have been a roommate. over messanger i said "are you a man" she said yes. early on she told me she had surgeru to remove chips out of her throat. i did not confront her on the phone.

what just happened?

she did send male pics.

what motivates a femail to do this?

im not hurt or upset- just boggles my mind.

im not sure what it accomplishes. ???

Some don't think about the person on the other side. They just see it as entertainment. Sorry this happened to you but all you can do is learn and move on.

Is it possible that's there's just been a misunderstanding?

Generally speaking, gender-posers rarely let their game progress to the telephone... since this tends to expose them!
