There are two faces to serious. Most male Doms say they are looking for a serious sub and they mean someone who wants to be some version of a wife/ slut 24 hours a day, etc. Women (in general) say they are looking for someone serious and they mean a guy who wants commitment, romance and passion, not just in the bedroom. So, serious to you is not serious to most of the women you are trying to lure into your bedroom.

It's the same here (in BDSM) as it is anywhere else. lol It is all about chemistry. Even if it isn't about a "relationship" as in emotion, live-in, long term, etc. It's only about getting together for occasional play. There still has to be some "chemistry" involved for it to work well. So you have to at least like each other. lol If you don't like each other, all the eye contact, smooth moves, and well practiced always worked before lines in the world, aren't going to make a difference. You may as well just look at each other, smile, say you don't like each other, and go on about your respective lives. And Sinergy's right, the Bedroom is so yesterday's news. It has been for a long long time! The eyes definitly have it!! lol

Well for many this is a play ground, they seek, dream, or have standards that are not obtainable. For many they place ads and never come back and others just want to see if they get a reply. It takes time to find a Dom/me/sub/slave or switch, or whatever you are searching for. Just time your time, and be polite and respectful. DWBear

there are RT subs here and then there are fakes.. What you nned to do is read the words and see who may be real time or not . I have a foolproof way to tell the wannabes apart..It deals with one word.. email me and i will tell you the word,no strings attached just for the one word .then you will be able to tell the difference Sir. After receiving numerous emails, some even sticking around long enough to learn what I expect, most just sending what they expect. There is only one thing I can say, keep your sense of humor and your temper in check. Lifes too short to sweat the small stuff. Into each life a little yellow rain must fall, smile. it has been my experience that usually those that say there aren't any serious...or real subs around are the ones that think because we're submissives we're all just waiting on our knees in front of our pc's for a Dom that we know nothing about to email us and tell us what to do... NOT. and because we don't respond oh Master anything you wish i'm yours to command. that we're not serious...or we're not real subs.

i was just stating that thru my own experiences many times i've had someone tell me i wasn't serious about being a submissive because upon them saying hi to me...i didn't submit immediately...didn't matter i didn't know them. lol
