We did this not that long ago, but used a round pole rather then the triangular one as it was not for punishment but more for just Sir's pleasure to watch me struggle.
He used a pully system on each end of the dowelling so that He could raise or lower the bar at will. Ususally rasing it a notch higher every once in a while to make it harder to bare. My hands were tied up and pulled out in front of me so that my body was pulled forward and my weight was resting on my clit. the chain from the clover clamps on my nipples was attached to my wrists so that if i leaned back to ease up the pressure on my clit the clovers tightened and pulled harshly. Talk about being screwed no matter where you move lol
It was interesting and very very tiring. I think ( not 100% sure) that I was strung up for an hour, and after that time i was exhausted and getting to a point where i wanted to scream and cry or kill someone.
I found that when he snapped a whip near me, or even stroked me with something, feathers or crop, I was pretty much completely unresponsive to it. Dealing with all the other sensations, i internalized and blocked out everything else.
