I thought this might be a good thread for all sports (excepting football, as we have some of those going allready).

Knicks and Nuggest in the Christmas mood:

The Knicks' Nate Robinson does some good things on the court too, as the 5'-9" guard cleanly stuffs 7'-0" Rockets center Yao Ming:

NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) -- Texas Tech played like a Bob Knight team and moved him within one victory of Dean Smith's all-time coaching record.

The Red Raiders moved the ball patiently, shot well from the perimeter and shut down Arkansas' stagnant offense during an 18-0 first-half run and went on to a 71-56 victory Saturday.

Knight has 878 victories and he can tie Smith's Division I mark when Texas Tech hosts Bucknell next Saturday -- although he downplayed the accomplishment after the game.

The average NBA player makes $3.5 million. For that, I think I can be a little more civil out on the court and be a better example to my fans.

So will Denver have enough players to go against the Mavericks? Suspensions can be a bitch.
