I am not overweight (least I don't think so) but am not underweight either. I could probably stand to lose 5-10 pounds (who couldn't right)? If I don't watch it, I can gain weight. I go on crazy diets, sometimes, if I think I am getting fat (I am paranoid about that, too). I have a sister who is skinny and looks practically anorexic, (but she just has a fast metabolism) and another one who has a weight problem. I will buy this "diet juice" at Walgreen's that guarantees you can lose "up to" 10 pounds in two days - it's a juice fast thing. And with using that, I always lose at least 5 pounds. So I always do that in January. I am such a baaaad (read: lazy)dieter...I do walk my dogs a lot, though, and am convinced that helps me keep weight off. I don't think you're fat. - Susan
