Hi Girl and welcome to the forums at CM!

You should try and put it into words or you will have a lot of mail that you dont want in your inbox. Here on the forums we love to discuss all aspects of life and the lifestyle! Try writing it in word and think of what you want in your head and then just write it all down what you see in the picture. if you want help just ask!!!!!!!
