has anyone use those niplple rings you put on with a suction thingy.... how long can you keep them on for..and what has been the longest anyone has left them on for?

Hi Sunnydays. I am not sure of what rings your talking about, but I do a thing with small O Rings. I have some small Rubber O Rings (Used in Plumbing) on my Nipples. They are small enough to stay on, but not small enough to cut off circulation. I use a Cap from a Pen, and slid the Rubber O Ring over that, and after the opened end of the cap is over a Nipple, I slid the O Ring off, and over my Nipple.

I am sure someone with more knowledge would come along and help you out. This community is great for that.

Well then go to your local Hardware or Plumbing shop, and purchase a few different sizes, then get a Pen Cap that would fit over your Nipple. Select the Size O Ring that would hold onto your Nipple, but not too tighly. Then you just have to slid the O Ring over the Pen Cap, and then onto the Nipples, as you hold the cap against your breast, but not too hard, so the O Ring can't roll onto the Nipple.
