For me the stores are the worst. Rude morons blocking the aisles and play deaf when you say excuse me please and try to get by so you can get what you need and get out of the freaking store before New Year's....sigh.....ok...I'm done now...today got me riled lol. Happy Holidays!

Frankly the most annoying... no, make it digusting thing to me are merchants that begin 'Christmas' promotions in mid-October. I oppose any Christmas display or ad prior to December. Most people don't realize we cut Christmas short: The 1st day of Christmas is actually 25 December! The last day is 5 January.

when people in my house play christmas music so loudly i can hear it with my door closed, and they don't that I am not in love with Christmas music like they are and I don't want their music so loud it filters through my door.

Christmas carols. So help me god, the temptation to ressurect the composers for the sole sake of slapping them silly is overwhelming at this time of year. My solution is to walk around playing such cheery songs as "F*ck the world" and "Let the bodies hit the floor" as loud as I can without causing brain hemmorage. Not being around my family.

Giant inflatable snowglobes on people's lawns. Giant inflatable anything on people's lawns, actually. slap What are you thinking??? Also crowds. And shopping for people who already have everything. Or people who say "You don't have to get me anything for christmas." You know I'm going to anyway, why not make both our lives easier by just telling me what the hell you want?? Grr!

For the past 3 years there has been an inflatable Santa on a lawn which I drive by on my way to work; he doesn't stay inflated! I amuse myself every morning trying to guess if he will be 'up' or 'downn' that day. It's rather..........disturbing (in a sick humor kind of way) to see Santa face down on the lawn!

rude people , and retaliers who see it as a way to boost their bottom line which is why I moved christmas gift giving part to end of January beginning of Feb. My way of protesting the commercliztion

I see that alot around here, almost every one you pass by is deflated. What's up with that??!! The one thing though that annoys me the most is standing in lonnng lines.

i'm not annoyed by "the holidays", so much as i am annoyed by christmas. those who celebrate channukah or rahmadan have yet to bother me. i'm sick of santa, i'm sick of sales and crowds in malls, i'm sick of greed, capitalism and materialism in general, i'm sick of xmas music on nearly every radio station and blasting from nearly every store, i'm sick of xmas displayed in public places, sick of xmas lights, sick of everywhere i shop people telling me "merry christmas", making the assumption that i'm christian which i find highly offensive. it makes me want to don a floor length chador and fly to islamabad for a few days til this madness is over.

Dont take it personally Christmas lost its true meaning a long time ago its all about money now , and that is too bad but its almost over for this year anyway.

I always tell my children "give me nothing but peace of mind for Christmas"...I am happy just to see those faces light up...[:)] but I do agree, it's very much commercialized.
