That is an interesting perspective. I do understand the fantasy aspect of "willing bunch of friends." Perhaps if it occurred at SM club/event, thenn it wouldn't be so much an issue of planning and would be about "us." Okay..so which is it? If it's the latter, might I suggest you do some soulsearching to find a better understanding of what it takes to have a genuine relationship. Personally, I thrill at the act of requiring one of My subs to lap clean My boots/shoes...regardless of where I may have stepped in them.
