ok a girl came to Me through email stating that I didnt have any BDSM likes/loves/dislikes etc. stated on my profile... I was wondering whether they go both ways for the choices, meaning do you like to have your collared person gagged? or is it do you like to be gagged?

as you may know, I am a Master.

It's just a list- I know there used to be some choices given which were not given on another orientation.

If you see a list and are curious, it's best to just ask that person for more info.

Well just to address the one particular that you mentioned, gags.
I cant speak for all Doms but I the few times that I have used gags it wasn't on me.
I don't know of any Doms that wear the gags themselves, so some things on that list just need to be looked at as a general interest.

Well, if you check 'gags' on 'likes' and you state you are a dominant - we' ll get the idea! No worries.. :)

I hope people DO use the checklists. I do. I also appreciate when another uses it. Yes, it is a starting point.

I do shake my head over being confined to the limits, when some lines are often colored outside of, especially in a community such as this. But, CM is doing a great job. (TY!)

The worst ( and I get that sick, twisted, yet kind of drooling look upon my face...) is that.. wait... I actually LIKE xxx better than sitcoms? [8D]

I didn't (know), however, I'm not in the habit of reading mens profiles.

(And just for the record...if you have to say so...ya ain't).

That said...fuck what other people say.  Are you so enamored as a Dom of what others say of you that you give a shit?

I'm a sub...and I couldn't give a flat flying fuck what other people think of my profile (and most Dommes think my profile isn't sub...which, by the way, I suspect it isn't).

I've had chics tell me (on previous profiles) "it's all about you...isn't it" ("Uhhhmmmm...I'm pretty sure I could have told you that...had you asked") and on my current profile I hear "Ya know you could tell me a smidge more about your preferences".

Fuck em.

You can't win with chics anyway...wear one suit, the other says you dress funny...wear another suit...they all wanna have you buy a new tie.

I always took it as whether or not you were interested in the item/activity... not which side you wished to be on. Obvipusly, if someone knows you are a Master, then they arent going to asume you want to be on the recieving end of some of the interests. Others (like massages) have both giving and recieving options. Others are general interests in activities that dont have a giving or recieving, but more of a mutual involvement.

I read the list as a mutual set of interests, not about one person or another. A dominant could put "gags" as a hardlimit, and I would understand that to mean that he was not going to use a gag on me. But I suppose it is all in how one looks at the list.
