Seriously though, try getting some of those New Age music CD's with soothing sounds to play as you are falling asleep. Some aromatherapy and herbal tea would be good too. A nice, warm bath or shower is good for de-stressing. Stay away from the late evening news and any stressful situations before bedtime. And do keep a dream journal, you may be surprised at what is surfacing in your subconscious and what the symbols mean to you.
