Has anyone ever gotten raw under the tongue from a ball gag?
I had my first session with the gag and am raw and swollen under the tongue. I was instructed to put it on myself, so i don't know if maybe i placed it wrong or perhaps it's just something that i need to get used to or if it was something i was doing while i had it in? Any insight would be greatly appreciated, i'd really like to avoid this happening again if possible. Thank you in advance.

i myself am allergic to all rubber, and every sort of ball gag gives me an allergic reaction similar to what you described.....i mean rubber is not really made for human injestion..i would recommend experiment with cotton wrapped in cotton string....

Unless it was just too damn big, I can't imagine how/why it would make you raw under the tongue.  I don't know how you would place it wrong.

There is a good chance you are having an allergic reaction, but there is also a chance you held your tongue in an unusal position for a period of time, and that might have irritated the part of the tongue that keeps it attatched and is located under your tongue.

Try rinsing with warm salt water to soothe the irritation.

The ball gag used on me has never touched the underside of my tongue.  Could your bottom teeth have been scraping against your tongue?

They make silicone gags too, which might be helpful for those with rubber allergies.  Easily washable, etc.

Thank you all for your input. I thought about the allergic reaction too, except that the roof of my mouth didn't suffer any damage. I have a feeling it was just that my tongue was pushed back farther that it should have been. I was biting on the gag pretty hard and probaby what happened was that the harder i was biting the further back my tongue was being pushed...probaby just a little tear to the part that attaches the tongue to the bottom of the mouth. Oh well, experience is the best teacher, i guess i'll just have to be a little more careful next time for the comfort of having the gag to bite into instead of my lip. Thank you all again.

The underside of your tongue is extremely sensitive.  Be careful it could have been an allergic reacion.

I'm not completely convinced that it wasn't a reaction. I fully intend to ask permission to wrap the ball in cotton cloth..this way, if it happens again i know for sure that it was the friction and not a reaction. I have a sensitivity to some types of waistbands in underwear too (i thought it was the elastic, but now i'm starting to think that perhaps it is the rubber itself). Thank you for your cautionary warning. I truly do appreciate the input.

Frenum or sometimes Frenulum. Used for any bit of flesh that does the same thing, such as that which attaches the foreskin to the underside of the glans, or the lip to the gum. From the Latin for "bridle".

Sounds like a latex reaction and very dangerous. This time it was the tongue but next time your throat could swell. Wrap it with cotton or saran or buy one that is nonlatex.

i love ball gags.  You can chew on them, spit them out if you decide, crush them.. bite down on them..

except drooling.  But i was blessed with a small head and a large mouth (ha) so i can generally remove them at will to take care of that.  Drives Master nuts cos if i'm not removing it - i'm biting down on it and um breaking it.  Rubber i think isnt a good idea, its too easy to bite through.  Master put a dildo like gag in my mouth and i accidently bit the penis part off.  Well 3./4 of the way through.

In case it was an allergic reaction, silicone gags are enjoyable.  Was the gag pushing against the underside of your tongue?  Ususally mine sits on top of my tongue and forces it down.

It does sound like a alergic reaction to me too.

Hi Hates. No, I never thought of that. I think I might even have some Thongs to use, in case my Panties are too much. Thank you so much for the idea. I have a Ball Gag, Penis Gag, and a Trainer (Ball Gag attached). I acn always use ideas, since I am without a Mistress, and I hate to use that bad word here (Self Bondage). I might get attacked or something...ha ha ha

Be a bit careful with trapping anything behind that ball gag, especially something like panties.  If they slip back and block your throat...

Yes, that is why I'll try Thongs first. MADAM tried it with Panties before and a Tie, but her panties were too big...ha ha ha

Well I did try it, and couldn't do it. I have a small mouth (Yes, really!) and gagged (No punn intended) right away. I might try just try wrapping the Panties OVER the Gag, but not sure yet. It would mean MESSY SLOBBER PANTIES, but I am willing to try new things.
