I am in need of a steel collar. It needs to be heavy duty, with D rings. I found similar on Jt Stockroom, however their sizing is bad. the neck in question is 16" and the collar can't be really tight or really loose.. 17" would be perfect. Any help in finding one would be appreciated.. thank you
