my efforts left me sitting on the sidelines wondering what happened. a Mistress from Alabama who shall remain nameless, left me hanging after a long and promising email exchange. now, for some unknown reason, She hasn't even read my past few emails. i read Hers over and over again, trying to peice together what went wrong and still draw a blank. Her last email was the most sincere and promising of them all. i had thought that, finally, my journey was over...now i'm in a hurtful daze.

By being yourself. Way better than turning profile into some "resume" speficicly written to get more "hits" and then attempt to telling what they want to hear afterwards or to be ultra carefully with the wording in when being "interviewed" in a text base chat where you do not hear or see the person at all.

If one doesn't like me for me, then they can kiss my butt, especially those who rely to much on text online to get an impression from someone instead of getting it in person. I don't talk or behave the same way as I do in writing, no matter how much one tries. Even my friends can attest to that. "Yes mel, you DO sound like a bitch online" :p

If you don't hear back from her a second time don't stew around waiting. Follow up with her. Send at least a couple of 'remember me..' emails before you throw in the towel.

I've been really glad when a guy followed up after I delayed replying. Sometimes I'm just busy or have to go afk a few days or just pissed off with online dating in general and I need a break from it all. A couple of days later I might reply to anyone interesting or I might not want to sort through all that. If you thought there was potential it's worth following up on. If not then you're just not that into her. (That was a great book btw).

One important thing about approaching "online" Dommes...treat her as if she is not "online". She is a real person.. so take it slow and establish a rapport with her as a real person first. If you click there will be plenty of time for discussing all of your mutual kinky heart's desires.
