I am just thinking. Whether the guy got pissed on, or pissed off, he got the thing out of there. That is quite a feat, especially considering they did not notice until hours later.

How can you not catch someone stealing a urinal? You would have to be piss drunk.

I heard he was on a motor bike and had lost his crash hat so he thought the Urinal would do as a temp. replacement to get him home.
