I just wanted to get to the OP with a little follow up:

I took a couple of Dayquil and a short nap and feel much better. Thank goodness cuz I have a play off game to attend this weekend.
It looks like a typical Friday from the responses. Some tired , some peppy, and some anticipating an early start to the w/e.

Hey Cuddles... get some coffee and a Hershey bar and put all the lights on. In other words.. wake the hell up. No sleep for you !!!!! [:D]

LOL. I hate coffee too. Try a coke or diet coke. That's my caffien addiction of choice.[;)]

I like coffee, but preference is to have it in its sugared-up latte form, with lots of syrup in it.

I'm thinking I am insane.  Tonight was day 2 of a part-time job (I work full-time during the day).  Sharp learning curve.  After 2 days I'm tired, I wonder how it will be next Friday, after 5 nights of it.

sitting around a dinner table with the family and only half listening to my brother tell a story about a stewardess who is always on the flights he takes.... missing parts of the conversation

and looking up and asking "is she cute?"  and finding out that my father had already asked that question.  Not knowing whether its a kindred spirit moment or if i just outed my self as bi.........

Edited for another one :  Meeting up with the family the following day and after the greetings looking at my father and saying "you know i dreamed we were in a war together last night and we set off a nuclear bomb"  And getting a really wierd look......

So, so.. still a bit of a sore throat, but okay otherwise. 
 
I realize it's much too early to be up on a Saturday.. I hate when Master works on the weekends.  I wouldn't mind so much, but it means I have to get up and fix breakfast..and  my timing is all off this morning.. so his breakfast is sitting here getting cold, and he is in the shower.... I could have sworn I heard the shower earlier..
 
oh, well..the life of a slave.

LOL.  thank you all, this was a good thread to read this morning.   Day 49 here  for my exile in the house....lol....no, not a required by law thing.   Medical reasons......and i have at least another 30 days to go.....hope you all have a great day.  
Most awkward moment, being in the recovery room with my exfiancee, who just came out of surgery, and she looking at me so tenderly, as I hold her hand, and her announcing to me with her mom, daughters, doctors and nurses, all in the room............"No sex for you tonight!!!!!!"
there is just no follow up for that one.........LOL

LOL yeah well we had been engaged for a year at that time, i was living in another state when she had the surgery, and came back to take care of her.......when they allowed her to get ready to leave, she got up in front of the family, and handed me her nightgown she was wearing, so i grabbed her panties and began dressing her.  her mom was told the girls, well i think jon has everything under control lets leave.......lol.....my exfiancee still didnt realize what she had said or done.........later when she got her senses back she was shocked to realize she had done that......lol......i used to tease her about that from time to time.........ahhhhhh the memories........lol
