Using a TENS unit on the testicles can produce the same feeling as kicking without the risk of tissue damage. Placing multiple electrode pads on different location can produce constant variable stimulation to keep the subject off balance. Electrical current stimulation can avoid the direct impact of kicking and won't cause testicular rupture.

Not to hijack the thread or anything....ahem...
But with all the experienced folks chiming in about stretching....


Has anyone had success with labia stretching?  Is it possible without piercing or ruining the blood flow to the flaps? 
I've seen vaginal pump marketing that claims a regular suction schedule can enlarge the lips permanently after a while, but that could just be commercial propaganda.

WE have an electrical box the lowest setting on the box is much higher then the highest on a tens unit,Diane likes to attach leads to each subs nuts and ask as she switches sides left or right smiles..I much prefer the good ol

So how exactly does one learn to do testicular piercing with a reasonable degree of safety? i would think that would practically require a surgeon to learn from, and that anybody with that kind of knowledge would be too concerned about liability to share it.

Mistress does enjoy CBT and gets a serious rush from it. From reading the various threads I would guess that her interests would get classed as extreme with the needles, sounds and saline infusions. When it comes to the extreme, I know a woman that takes it much further than punching, kicking ot trampling. Your post made it sound like you might be a novice with CBT. If so, here are my suggestions:

1. There is a good book called: Family Jewels, a guide to male genital play and torment by Hardy Harberman with foreword by Fetish Dive Midori

2. I suggest you start out with cock rings, ball stretchers and the likes before a humbler, save that for after you are confident in your knowledge and experience with CBT

3. Parachutes are designed to hang weights from them, however, they are flawed in the since that it is possible for them to slip off during the scene and cause issues. I personally prefer a ball stretcher with straps for weights CLICK HERE TO SEE
