Total disclosure: i'm on alt.com as slaveravenna and on bondage.com as raphaela. (They both already had a ravenna when i registered! How dare some other slave have my name!?) But i haven't updated either one for a while now. CollarMe has been a LOT more welcoming-fun-sexy-surprising-interesting-illuminating-everything for me; and it seemed much easier to use for a newbie; i seldom actually log on to the other two now. i have some friends here now to stay in touch with. Also, my owners like to read all my mail and my posts to the boards here, not that they don't trust me, they just think it's amusing to see what i'm up to here. (And "trust but verify.") They don't want to try to follow my little adventures on two other sites too, so i guess this has turned into my little neighborhood on the web. Won't you be my neighbor? (Sorry, think i was channeling Mr. Rogers there for a minute...) BTW, my owners think CollarMe seems to be a much classier operation than the other two sites anyway.

And i am very proud to be registered as their Female Slave on www.slaveregister.com under Slave Registration Number 399996. They call me "3" for short...

To turn a little off topic here:

Anyone else have a bad re-action to the term 'cyberspace'? I find it so al gore 'I invented the internet' (I think it was Al Gore who popularized the term cyberspace - correct me on that if you like)

I also have bad reactions to cyber anything, or virtual anything...

There was actually an alarm company, that advertised itself as a "provider of Virtual security" while this maybe true, I think most poeple would rather have real security, instead of virtual security. Fortunately the company got its just desserts and went under...Virtuality isnt a virtue in every aspect of ones life...

Iam FindingYou, here and alt, Occupant most everywhere else... (Iam an active participant in a dozen or so message boards, most dealing with technology and or science)

travis_t_justice on Yahoo is the only one I use for chatting.

I'm fairly sure the word "cyberspace" was coined by the science fiction novelist, William Gibson, as well as quite a few other terms like "virtual reality" etc. which have made their way into common use. The funny thing about Gibson was he wrote most of his famous novels on an old Remington typewriter and in reality avoided using computers for a long time. His publisher eventually bought him a computer and he said he was a bit disappointed when he discovered it was Victorian technology (a little spinning disk with recorded information) at its heart.

Thats just FUNNY. (thanks for the chuckle) Erm yeah, i like to play Savage alot. Gets out alot of frustration. You know the whole build and destroy, kill or be killed. OF course, its going down hill as there are too many childish, immature BOYS playing but eh what can you do? (hehehe kill em as much as you can in the game!)

I've played Savage. I don't like it so much. It always seems a bit laggier than most games I'm used to playing, plus the whole melee combat thing is a bit hard to control.

Then again, I'm more of a Diablo2/GuildWars/Morrowind kinda guy.

well i'm not excatly sure of what the politically correct term for it is then. How about Cyber waves? Or emmm.. Any other suggestions?

The internet? web, or 'net? I just have a reaction to the word cyberspace, is all. Perhaps going back to how techno-wannabe-marketing types use the phrase frequently.

Iam strange, I dont like the word/term cyberspace. I didnt realize it was still in common use. I had rather hoped it was like Al Gore, and shrunk off to obscurity...
