I have made a blindfold using a woman's elastic headband.  Where the entire thing is cloth with some elastic material at the nape.  A black one worked wonderfully!  I imagine if one is into sissification, you could dress your sub in a pink girly one, then use it to blindfold them later!

I have a couple packages of it, that were sold as 'Utile Plast' Multi-purpose modeling plastic, from Shepherd Hardware Products.
