This is like a card I've made up for those that park illegally in handicapped parking spaces.
 

Dear Inconsiderate Person,
 
You have parked illegally in a handicapped parking space.  I have photographed your car, license plate with the location with my cell phone.  If I ever see you doing this again, I WILL  call the police and have your ass fined!
 
Pray to God you never NEED a handicapped parking spot.
