my digestion is way off.

are there any danger signs I should watch for?

I had my gall bladder out.

it seems gas traps inside me and lays me up. sounds bizzarre but it has my brian like a lunitic.

also- i suspect a medication is causing this.  anyone have episodes?

Have you had your doctor check for Celiac's? It often is mistaken for gall bladder problems. Simple blood test will give the doctor an indication of it if that is the problem. Gas and digestion problems are two of the main symptoms.

Good Luck.

Now thatyou no longr have a gall bladder, you should avoid  fatty foods.  An important sign to look for is constipation. If you have not had a bowel movement  and have no sensation to have a bowel movement  and are not even passing gas- Farting -you should let your Mistress give you a very good cleansing enema- If nothing happens and your stomach keeps expanding- YUP you have serious digestion problems-  BETTER OUT THAN IN     [sm=crop.gif]

I have IBS and there are various foods and drink that wrack me with belly pain.

(the usual disclaimers apply. If you're worried, the best place for you is the doc's)

I've found peppermint tea to be a great reliever of trapped wind.

Drinking nothing but water for a weekend can clear you out a treat, too.

Try cutting out fatty, starchy, high carb foods in your evening meals - salads, stirfries, omelettes instead of rice, pasta, potatoes for example - try not to snack and try to stop eating around 7-8pm.

Frozen meats have extra fat and water injected to make them look nice. Stick to fresh.

On the most basic level, the best stuff for you is natural, unprocessed, additive free food.

Should sort your digestion out.

See a doctor. But also, avoid processed foods. White flours, white sugars, combinations thereof. No soda at all, as someone else said, avoid alot of fatty foods, especially fried.
