I have IBS and there are various foods and drink that wrack me with belly pain. (the usual disclaimers apply. If you're worried, the best place for you is the doc's) I've found peppermint tea to be a great reliever of trapped wind. Drinking nothing but water for a weekend can clear you out a treat, too. Try cutting out fatty, starchy, high carb foods in your evening meals - salads, stirfries, omelettes instead of rice, pasta, potatoes for example - try not to snack and try to stop eating around 7-8pm. Frozen meats have extra fat and water injected to make them look nice. Stick to fresh. On the most basic level, the best stuff for you is natural, unprocessed, additive free food. Should sort your digestion out.
