I said everyone that voted for GWB, especially the second time, should
not be allowed to vote for at least 20 years.

Keep in mind, though, that the majority of people did NOT vote for him in 2000.

I think it sullies the English language to have G.W. Bush in a sentence with the word credibility that lacks a word indicating negation or impossibility of the two things occupying the same sentence at the same time.
