Thought I'd tell a true story covered mostly in college press many years ago. A female anthropologist, working for a college, was living with an African Tribe, communicating with them through a translator and taking notes on their culture, etc., and eating their diet. She had observed that the tribal woman, when on their periods had no mood swings, no cramps and bled so mildly that they could wipe themselves with a leaf several times and day and they had simple less painful births than she was used to on Eurasia and America. The first month she had her period she bled like a pig on a spit, the tribe had never seen anything like it and it was accompanied by mood swings and cramps, the tribe was shocked. The second month at her period the tribe panicked, it didn't even have a word for a recurring illness. She explained the cramps, mood swings and extreme bleeding started when she was eleven, and wasn't an illness. The tribe did their version of praying over her. The third month she noticed that her cramps and mood swings were not as bad and her bleeding was not as bad, the forth month all again were less this continued until after being there nearly half her planned time of a year, she bled like the native woman, didn't need pads or tampons and had no cramps or mood swings. She knew she was on to something and called in colleagues in other fields and told them of what had happened, her colleagues did tests and isolated the key vitamins Choline Bitartrate and Inositol, the college press covered it well and it spread to other college press but never became an item in the main press as it is mostly Processed White Sugar in the American and Eurasian to blame for the B vitamin deficiency, and they control the press. Oh you can also bet the precessed White Sugar industries make money from every pad and tampon a woman uses. One other point, if cramps, mood swings and excessive bleeding were normal all through history, at one point we were not just predators but we were prey as well. If during a period , and the smell of blood might attract predators, the woman was forced to try to flee then the human species would have died off due to lack of woman as they would be ran down not able to run with their cramps. Periods are a normal body function, there is no biological need for the mood swings or cramps for the micro thin lining to be shed and come out.
