As far as your wish list goes, what you are talking about is what I call a submission checklist. It is merely a list of all the major kinks from 24/7 to Whipping. I have any new sub fill it out on a five point scale from 1 - I love it to 5 - No Way (considered hard limits). This checklist is not set in stone; as your relationship with your Master matures it will also change. Probably the most important part of the checklist in the beginning is the Hard Limits section.

Beyond that, wants and needs should be verbalized, if you have a Master who is willing to hear them. If he doesn't and you need to voice these things, you are with the wrong Master. The only other thing I would add is that there is a proper time for everything. Right in the middle of a scene is not usually that time. lol. My sub and I talk a great deal when we are just snuggling.
