I have been on this site for almost a year now and during that time feel like I have gotten to know a lot of you, either by your posts, or us talking away from here. I have seen questions about which picture to use, what hairstyle..etc.. so this time I thought I would come to you all here and hope you could help me narrow things down more. My Master and I are getting married in a couple of months and he is letting me pick out my own engagement ring, with his input (of course). We have them narrowed down to these five, but I can't make up my mind at this point. I would appreciate any opinions on the ones I have pics of here..they can come in white gold, or the yellow also. Thought it might be sort of fun to see what others thought and maybe it will help me make up my mind. #2 Is my favorite because I like basic, elegant, easy to dress up or down. They're all beautiful, but number 2 and 3 are my favorites in that order. Congrats??? M

I'm big on number 5 as well. Rings are great - my houseboy chose mine all on his own, and it's a semi-bevel, white gold with a yellow gold setting. I'm just not big on the claws, personally, but number 5 is a very nice ring. Congratulations, Akasha!

Ring four because I hate gold. But I really don't like the cut in the stone. My vote would be a cross between two and four. The cut from two on the band of four.

Actually I would choose none of the above for myself. I don't care for prong settings, especially on diamonds. They get snagged too easily and poof, there goes the stone. I have a big ole rock I rarely wear due to this particular issue. I also go for the emerald cut stones, just my personal preference. Oh good lord, don't even let me keep going on about jewelry............... Oh yeah, I voted for #2 because I like big ass stones without alot of distractions.

You don't know me and therefore my opinion probably doesn't matter all that much...but I like #3 in white gold or #4...both very pretty rings! Congrats, Good Luck and Best of Wishes for your fututure! ~Miss~
