I can't seem to find any in this area. Any suggestions on how to search for em? Or anyone who already knows where they are, feel free to let me know!

There are a number of scene type nightclubs in the area, but all are 21+. The same is true for the organizations like Silk and Spice.

You'll probably have to wait a few years

I agree that the clubs in the area are 21 and over. There are several and they have websites that you can do a search for:

SPICE
Club Kink
Command Performance (my personal favorite)
Fetish Factory

There are also several munches in the tri-county area.
