Not the more popular answer, but knowing full well of his lack of fidelity, his dishonest dealings, and the financial expectations involved, why are you asking this question?  I have a difficult time believing you are simply a deer caught in the headlights.  That you will not choose to end the relationship tells me you either need a great deal more assistance than we can offer, or there is a great deal more behind the situation that you aren't disclosing.  Either way, I have a difficult time believing any answers we offer in this matter will be of much use to you.

Ask him to try to get into his jail's workshop, and save (and put aside) 182 dollars for you, in two years. That's about 25 cents per day, which he can earn, since they pay 17 pennies per hour. I bet he can't do that.
