I'm new at this lifestyle, but I want to jump in to it head first with all that I have. I don't know why, I just know that being a sub in this lifestyle is something I have to do for me. So, the question remains . . . How do I find a Mistress? Unless of course, they choose me, in which case the question changes to . . . How do I prove myself worthy for her attention? GrimJinx

Are you sure jumping in head first is wise? That attitude may be part of what is getting in your way or it could attractive the type of folks you don't really want. On the aesthetic side, your nick here isn't very attractive. Why would someone want to be with someone with that name? I don't want someone who is grim or who is a jinx -- I want someone who has positives to add to my life.

Generally speaking, get involved in local groups and contact people on here. When you do the latter, remember to do so as you would if you were meeting them in person: politely and presenting yourself well. It's much like meeting a mate or friend in any area: go where they are and put your best foot forward, eventually you'll match up.
