Because it Makes Her Smile
a poem by shay
I've been mouthy. I've been sassy. A true little brat. I'm sure He'll make me get the paddle. Tell me right where its at. And I'm sure that it will hurt at least for a little while. But the pain will all be worth it. Because I made Mistress smile.
I said and did things I shouldn't. Even after He said STOP. I knew the risk I was taking, because Master sure DOES take a lot! And yet with each impish action, there could be no denial. You see, it is all worth it. Because it made Mistress smile.
You see when Mistress smiles at me, I'm the happiest girl. To me, She's the most beautiful Lady in the whole wide world. She's my sun and my moon. She's far beyond any guile. Yes, my behavior is sometimes childish, but it makes Mistress smile.
I love being Master's little angel, His pride and His joy. I would NEVER push things too far, see Our precious bond destroyed. But if I must be a brat, at least for a little while. The punishment will be worth it, just to see Mistress smile.
I know my Master cares for me and I know that I love Him. I trust in Him completely. He's a Man among Men. But there are times Mistress feels bad and there can be no denial. I would do all in my power, just to see Mistress smile.
I'm not using Her as an excuse. I know that I did wrong. I know at Master's and Mistress's feet is right where I belong. So I'm silly and a brat every once in awhile. It's all worth it, don't You see? Because it made Mistress smile!
