Friends ---

It's hard to believe, but it's been three hours now since Ron was online, and I'm sure we're all trying to cope in our different ways. Rather than all grieve alone, I thought it might help if we had a common thread where we could support each other through this difficult time.

So please ... feel free to open up and share your favorite memories of Ron's posts, bits of his wit and wisdom that have stayed with you, and (of course) the feelings that have arisen in this time of loss.

Remember: We're here for you!

Peace,

DC

Is it just me or was his goodbye post the clearest and most succinct one he's ever posted in the last year or so that I've been there.

Ah sweet Ron...how we've missed you. *sniff*

Edited to add...he said he'd be gone 2 hours...it's now over 3...I bet the town people have kidnapped him...... Or he's getting a blow job. Either one.

Good, good. People are expressing themselves.

And I'm sure it's helping you all feel better.

If benji was here we could send him out in the snowstorm to trail Ron. I mean, isn't that what pups are supposed to do and all?

And knowing benji he would leave a little yellow trail that would be easy for us to follow in case he got lost too.

This is good. Very healthy sharing. Thank you, everyone.

A wreath of tissue flowers might be lovely.

Maybe he forgot his GPS tracker and can't find his way back?

I gave up on him bringing back the ground meat for my chili.  I did bbq ribs in the oven, garlic roasted taters and mac/cheese instead.

It's just sooooooooo sad that, ummmmmmmmm, what was his name again? hasn't come back.

He hated the dancing bananas, and now he'll never know how much they LOVED him.

They may never get past this.....

Just like a guy not to ask directions when he gets lost. He needed a woman along to help him find his way home.

I loved him best when he pronounced "I'm Rick james bitch", now get on your knees!...  It always made me burst out laughing and snorting uncontrollably.
Perhaps I should have made a better effort.

I hope it isn't a case of

Maybe he found a way to get the bracelet off his ankle and made a run for it?
Like BRNaughtyAngel said, in which case he might be gone way longer than a few hours.
I miss you Ron, please come back soon.     M
