If its not one thing, then its something else really.
But well what do you think about the submissive or slave always moving to the Dom or Master?

I just have to much setting up in my own life to move out over and over again for a possible relationship.
But if this is how it is for me, I can only imagine how it seems to them.
Their need to be absolutely sure about it.

I don't know how they do it, to be honest. It may be because of my situation. I have a home which I could no duplicate (a comfortable mortgage payment), 2 jobs, and kids whom I wouldn't want to be far from (at least not at this point in their lives), I am close to my family and live near them. I consider myself to be non-relocatable. Of course mr. perfect could come along and tear that thinking out of my head, but I doubt it.

When Doug and I first met I could not relocate either due to family obligations.
He lived 90 miles away and we made it work. Of course that is not a country apart.
Though, I had negotiated with people a country apart as well. When I chose him the dom I turned down lived in Vancouver BC. The two of us had made many trips back and forth at that time. It gets old and comes down to a time when you do need to relocate.
In any event, before I would consider it I would have to know absolutely everything there was to know about a person. Background checks..etc.

In the end Doug ended up moving 65 miles closer to me. We've since both relocated to be with one another.
Different things work for different people. I was one that would have loved to had been able to relocate if all was right about everything.
