I don't care what anyone says...Marshmallow peeps are one of the best candies ever created....Don't ask me why ..maybe it's cause i love marshmallow..or maybe cause I love to bite their heads off....[:D] They seem to have a peep for every season now.....I don't like the ones with chocolate inside or that cream shit..blah...just give me an old fashioned peep...anyone else a peep fan?

peeps are great. and as my brother says, it's fun to say peeps. i stand by my original peep statement that they must be stale. a fresh peep is just a marshmallow coated in sugar.

When I use to work with my late Master and I wanted something sweet like a peep he would make me bounce and say "peep peep" ...he said i looked sooo cute when I did it ...like a lil girl begging for candy...he called me his lil peep

Big Peeps fan here. However they must be stale and hard as a rock. Every holiday I break open the package, and let them sit. they take forever to go stale! I just ate my halloween ones in the last week or so.

Never had a Marshmallow peep unless it is one of those candy marshmallow chicks at easter time. I use to like Marshmallow milk shakes as a kid. Marsh mallow cups are good also. Marshmallow Fluffernut is good on peanut butter and jelly sandwhiches. One more marshmallow favorite my grandmother picks sweet potatoes out of her garden fries them in a skillet in molasses then she blobs marshmallow fluffernut on top and it is awesome. She is 85 and still cooks up a storm.

The peeps are a bit too sweet for me...but I do love those yummy chocolate eggs with the gooey stuff inside. They have a chocolate truffle, or cream one that now is devine. I try to stock up at Easter, but they don't make it into the summer. I can't buy any this year though..cause I am determined to fit in that smaller wedding dress by May.[&o][&:] Kasha

I don't like peeps which is good since I am diabetic. But my sub thinks they are the bomb. Could it be a sub thing? <gasp> Maybe only true subs eat peeps.... ~Lashra

Hell, I love them both...but I have to go with you on the cream eggs...OMG those are the most decadent things ever made...gotta luv em. I love peeps. Haveto poke ahole in the pack when you get them and leave them be for a day or so and get them a bit stale so tey arent as soft.... And they dont microwave well. DV I have a teeshirt around here somewhere with 3 yellow chick peeps, wearing gangsta jewelry. The text reads "Respect My Peeps"

I am diabetic but still have them ocassionally..I just eat 1-2 when my sugar is below 90 instead of the whole damn box lol...Don't burn my peeps!!![:@] I love them semi-stale, that's the best way...I thought I was the only one who liked them like that..I went last night and got the small pack that only has 3 peeps in it..that way, I can avoid temptation....lol

Peep marshmallows are ok- I like the valentines hearts. But I have a collection of stuffed peeps that I love and used to have a peep icon as my avatar here on collarchat. I even have a peep pink bunny backpack clip as a collar. And I don't really care for the chick peeps.

I buy a box of peeps now and then to throw in a cup of hot chocolate when the season is right. Gives the chocolate a bit more of a sweeter taste while adding the marshmallow as well. Seems to take a bit longer for the peep to melt versus a regular marshmallow though.
