Thanks to all for your suggestions and help. Sounds like the "Master Piercer" I went to needs to do a little research before he gives advise.

The outer labia have a greater risk of jewelry migrating, or rejecting, than the softer, blood richer tissue of the inner labia and hood. Perhaps it would be a good idea to have a close up photo taken of the area right now, and make comparison photos every 2 weeks or so during healing. If you see that the piercings are becoming shallower, your body is pushing the foreign material out, which is really what it is supposed to do, in ordinary circumstances. The care advice given by Rumpus is very good, and should give you the best chance of healing, if your body will accept it. Any friction or pressure on these rings during healing is going to encourage your body to reject them, so vaginal sex may be off the menu for a while. Until my piercings were 3 months old, we used condoms during sex, to decrease the risk of infection.

I say why can't ignorant people just keep quiet about things they know nothing about.
I'm fully a woman, and in the slave register I'm under plantlady64, not onestandingstill.
What's wrong with you are you blind, or just rude???
I do have a photo you know, maybe you should have looked at that before you spoke so far out of line.
On top of that many in the community have discussed they've seen me personally and LA here in the boards can verify I am indeed a woman as she use to play in the dungeon here in DC.
You really should get your facts straight before you shoot off your big mouth and look so stupid.

this one found that putting a drop of Hydrogen peroxide on the ring and gently turnng it will clean the inside of the piercing. if there is any contaminate's on the ring it will foam a little. DO NOT worry. it is normal. wait for it to finish foaming,clean it gently then reaaply and turn. it worked for this one with his prince albert.

Hmmm...Let's put our Common Sense Hats on, shall we? If there's a bunch of infection in the piercing and you take the jewelry out, the outsides of the holes are going to close before the insides, leaving you with infection in your skin, which could lead to absess, cellulitis, and keloid scaring, if left unchecked.

You are soo right about the fact that if you clos e the hole up in an infected area you ahve a heap of trouble waiting....GOOD GREAT advice...I too said go back to the hole poker....i know from professional experincethat it is ugly infections that come from stabbings and injuries such as that you have to keep the hole open to the bottom of the hole to have the gunk come out before the infect seals it inside your body!

I am a physician and a professional piercer. I generally don't do more than three piercings at a time for that reason. That much trauma causes extended inflammation. Do daily soaks of 1/4 teaspoon sea salt to 8 oz water. sit in it or submerge the piercings for at least a few minutes at a time.

You will br sore for several weeks. Outer labial piercings are deep puncture wounds and will take upwards of 3-6 months to totally heal.

I'd lay my money elsewhere as I'm not so sure myself.
People who spread immature rumors about people they've never met are in my mind seldom mature enough to admit when they were wrong.
I agree you can't judge most by their handle, but sometimes the name fits and in my mind this is one of those times.

Hiya

I have the same amount of piercings and same gauge too.

Mine took about 2 months to heal properly, but I am a fast healer. However I did get an infection in one of the piercings about 8 months later. I had to go on antibiotics, but for comfort, I soaked 4 bags of camomile tea in a bowl of hot water, let it cool down in the fridge. Get some clean strips of cloth (I used chux) and soak in the camomile tea, then place for 10 minutes on the sore areas. This draws out any infection and also feels fantastic. Camomile tea is a natural antiobiotic healer. My friend uses this on her son's excema and it works too. This remedy can be used for any skin infection and is recommended by most Chinese skins specialists.

I'd thought of mentioning many participants here that know for sure know I'm female, but then I'd only mentioned LA as I really thought LA would have said something since she's so active in the boards.

when i got my nipples pierced i had hoops in it that would cause irritation and infection because they were given a lot of possible range to move.

after "expected" healing time was over i went back to the parlor and had the piercer but in barbells - within 2 weeks i was completely healed up with no more irritation.

I am pleased to see a question I can respond to.... My piercings are on the inner libia, and I have two at this time. The heal time was a mere two week, it has been several months time now, and I am able to play with weights now......

The first one bruised a bit, but the second did not, and the night of the placing of the second ring adult activity was had by all......(My Master did these at home). I also found that if I soaked in luke warm water or took a bath several times a day, for the first few days, they did not pull as much. By the way, the gage and circumference is the same as yours... I am planning on adding 4 more rings eventually, but would only do one at a time.
