I think you can be worried if you happen to live in Michigan - infidelity is a felony there apparently, as the article states, although no one has been prosecuted for it since 1971. I found this interesting: quote:

Sounds like the typical results of right wing half-brainism, I'm sure the people of Michigan must be all up in arms about "judicial activism" - they've somehow gotten the impression that the courts are supposed to function merely as a rubber stamp for the legislature, not how it works.
