This is MY Day..
What gives Me the right to say that? Because I say so.
So what makes today special?
Today is the day I say I love you. Today is the day I say I forgive myself for not being perfect. Today is the day I smile and I look at the faces and names of those I love and say I love being alive.
Today is the day I look inside and seek out that which is good and make it glow. Today is the day I look inside and find the bad and try to figure out WHY it is there.
This is THE day. It won’t wait any longer. I won’t waste a moment of the day encouraging people to hurt others. I won’t look for reasons to hurt people. More importantly I won’t fall apart when someone hurts Me. Today is MY Day.
Today is the day I look forward to spending time with people I love. Today is the day I eagerly await the newcomer with open arms. Today is the day I reach out and help someone else. Today is THAT Day!
Today is the day I try to make a difference in one person’s life, knowing that by doing so I will make a difference in My own life. This is the day I share with you. Whoever You are, where ever You are. This is MY Day. And it is Your day too..
I hope it is a good one for You. I know it will be for Me. Because..
