Though to be honest Leatherist.. when ever he has not wet enough for my tastes in his nappy I just lay him down and help wet it for him. Nothing worse then being told what a bad baby you are.. having your diaper opened.. and then feeling it being filled with even more.. and with someone elses pee. ~Slapped back on you.. and told to sit there and think about how bad you were. It is esp fustating when it is done by a female who gets really close while she does it.. and you are a despite displeasing her.. very *ahem* happy male. I am sure that is a bad torture in and of it's self.

And we all know how much pregnant women pee.....

wow, how could i forget.  yes it was very humiliating watching you squat over me , worse still was sitting in your pee all the way home, i could feel it leaking around my legs the whole time and it was extra embaressing kowing that it was yours

Gwyn, he seems to be very worried about having to mess while out, perhaps I might suggest that he has a practice run using the oatmeal treatment.  That's where you mix up some very thick oatmeal and just before fastening him into his diaper, you pour the warm thick mixture onto the crotch of the diaper.  It will feel very much like a real mess for him and it will spread through out the diaper as he moves about .  His diaper will cling to his bum as you walk him through the mall, just like a real messy diaper would and don't worry about the oatmeal drying out, because a good wetting starts the fun all over again. 

Of course he'll try to avoid having to sit down, fearing that he might force some of that mess out of his diapers, so you may or may not want to use two pairs of plastic pants for security, because you don't want to miss out on the look in his face when you force him to sit, I always have my camera ready for that moment.  I've found this training to be very useful prior to an outting where you actually force them to make their own mess.
