Four or five diapers is not exagerrated. It depends on how the diapers are constructed. For overnight with a heavy wetter-you might need up to an inch thick pad in the center of a diaper to cope with it-I've had girls who could piss out two liters in an overnight period. They literally could not walk wearing them. But walking was moot-since I would often cuff and otherwise bind them in the bed-so they could not get up.

There was always a waterproof sheet under a mattress pad-so they never had to worry over ruining the bed. I sleep very lightly, so I really hated a girl getting up to pee at night. So I offered two alternatives-go sleep out of the bed, or in it in diapers. They liked to cuddle, so they got diapered.

As far as locking constraints-those are easy for anyone with a girl on hand, that patterns and sews to make. And I do.

I sort of enjoyed waking up next to a girl in a soggy diaper.....stripping it off of her in the morning, wiping her down, and fucking the living daylights out of her-while she was still restrained-great way to start the day.[;)]

I'm with Boondoggle on this, a few years ago I had a Domme dress me up in diapers and take me out for a day of shopping.  I wasn't allowed out of them until I wet myself in public.  Trust me, when you experience having your complete control stripped away in this manner, it is very intense, both for the sub and for the Domme.

They hold quite a bit,depending on the amount of layers and doublers you use. Pins are more secure than tapes-and can be easily readjusted. A layer of thin polar fleece will allow moisture to pass through,but keeps it away from the skin better than just plain cloth-also feels softer.

As a liner, it makes cleaning up the diaper easier too, just take it out and rinse it in the toilet. It's a synthetic, so it does not stain easily. Then there is a the bulk, a lot of my past girls really liked the feeling. They knew they could really flood those puppies, and not leak. But I sew,so once I had a girl in the basic diaper-I could always devise a panty pattern that fit well outside of the diaper edges. It's having the leg and waist bands fit too close to the wet diaper that causes most leaking. They wick through-you want them to ride a ways away.
