oh, well...life goes on

Life does go on which is the fortunate part of the story. Throughout My time of involvement in the local BDSM community and various online communities, I've found that there are many that are not just players but scam artists as well. Players may try and fake their way through for several weeks sidestepping things that can help validate who they are, etc, while a scammer will bolt at the first sign that they've either lost or are beginning to lose control of the communications. I will say this, I will not lump those after kinky sex on the weekends with the players and fakes so long as they are honest about what they want.

Deal breakers for me...

1.  Lack of communication:  been there, done that, got the "heartbroken" T-shirt to go with it.

2.  Too serious:  I know that life is serious...all I have to do is look at my own sometimes...but it is not going to end tomorrow and if it does;  is this the way you want to go out?  Bitching about how hard living is?

3.  Dishonesty:  I can handle almost anything that is thrown at me...as long as it is thrown in the right way.  If you know that what you are going to tell me is going to hurt me, then I look to you to be the kind and considerate person that I thought you were at the beginning and show that side of you as you choose the words to tell me.  But lying to me?  Perhaps I am a bit like a reformed alcoholic in that way.  I worked very VERY hard to get away from that short period of time in my life when I did it deliberately.  If you know you are at that stage in your life or you know you will lie when it is convenient or as a way to avert some unpleasant or hard times in the relationship...then don't enter into a relationship with me.
