Mine wears a 1&1/2" steel locking collar now as well as locked steel cuffs, and removes them only while bathing. I am looking at two other collars at the moment. One will be for public and the other for home.

The public collar will be from Axmar, titanium locking collar with O ring, and the home collar is the radio controlled locking shock collar from cuffs24

Alandra and I both wear a silver chain with a charm that is special for each of us (hers is a rose and mine is a cat).  This is not removed without his permission.  He has also made two different leather collars for both of us to wear.  One is a collar for play and one is a dress collar.  They are distinctive and made specifically for her and I.  They symbolize that we belong to the House of Mists and are marked with our symbols. 

These collars are locked and he is the only one who can put them on and remove them (with the exception of emergencies).  The dress collar is worn mostly to lifestyle events or any other time that he prefers.  The play collar is worn mostly during play.  Both of these collars travel back and forth with me and I sleep holding on to one or the other if not both.

my sister and i each wear a a gold anklet that has been sodered in place on our right ankles, we also wear a metal sleeping collar to bed and when we go to public events we wear a formal collar made by a close friend of Master's. It is made of brass and silver, bears Master's intials as well as a symbol He holds dear, and of course a D ring to attach a leash..mmmmm

For our third year anniversary of living together as three Master gave sis and i each a gold chain with a heartshaped pendant that has a small  silver o attatched to the heart, this serves as our day collar.  We each also wear a story of O ring (the heart pendant is fashioned after this) and have both been tatooed,  so...needless to say we are very well marked *giggles*
Master also has plans of having us pierced.

Angel has a very simple wire collar. He doesnt wear it nearly as often as Id like because he cant get away with a sudden interest in jewelry without raising eyebrows. He cana nd wil wear it when we go out to concerts, as well as if he is ever brave enough to go to the clubs and such with me.  Those arent realy his thing, so we dont know about that yet.  And of course, in private whenever I as him to.  It is a locking collar, and when he is in it, I wear the key around my neck.

mine,, er.. my Owner's collar for me, the 24/7 one is a brass chain with a heavy 1 1/2" brass Griffin (rampant) on it.  i wear it all the time. He has one also which is Silver.  The Griffin is His name and also His heraldry. So that is His 'mark' on me.

He also had a great looking black with red overlaid lether collar with Celtic knot. And a chain mail collar that is locked on. The chain mail on it neat since it can be worn in the water, and almost passes as SCA or a bit gothic. It hangs low enought i can wear it under sweather and such.

I have a braided leather collar which I wear daily, unless it is being repaired, which it is right now :-(.
I take it off when I take a shower or swim, though, because that's how it fell into disrepair the first time.
It makes me feel happy every time I look in the mirror and see it there, and it comforts me to reach up and hold onto it when Im not with my dom.

Yes I wear my collar 24/7, sometimes it is a chalange and people ask about it, but I have figured out a vanilla  ish answer that most folks can deal with. I tell people it represents a promise for complete honesty between a  very close friend and myself. I think some people find it a little odd, but seem to accept that. Currently my collar is a silver chain locked through with a simple Master lock. Before this one I had a nickle chain what my skin was eating the coating off of. It is right now tucked in my pocket book, I think it amused my Sir that I wanted to keep that one with me too. My nature is pretty ritualistic and I have dificulty dealing with the lock being opened, even just to check that it  still works. Right now I am away from home and at a bodywork seminar that lasts two months. I had permission to not wear the lock, and was told to  remove it so that I wouldn't have trouble getting through the security in the airport. Even though this was kind of Sir, not having the lock on was unerving for me and I kept  reaching for it at my neck and not finding  it. He told me to put the lock back on, I didn't make it half a week, and honestly I feel a lot better with it on.

Sometimes I have to explain it to people (like family/relatives/classmates) but I have found with a little creativity people accept it. It means more than a pact of honesty, but it is that as well. And most people, even vanilla people value and treasure honesty just like leather folk.

I wear a metal chain with the ends padlocked together. It is long enought to be comfortable but short enough so it can't slide over my head and it is always visible . Master has both keys and I wear this 24/7.

I have not been collared yet...but..He gave me a beautiful silver necklace with a diamond heart pendant.  I wear it all the time~~and I cherish it as much as I cherish His love for me.  It reminds me every time I look at it or feel it on my neck of the deep and lasting love that I have for Him.  He truly does own my heart.  ~Smiles~

i wear a stainless Axmar collar 24/7, it's about 1/4" thick, 1/2" wide. It does not have any attachment ring or other decoration. i generally only get comments on it from scene people. i wear a lot of heavy earrings, long hair, and usually dress in black (can you guess i work in the computer industry?), so it doesn't draw much comment except from scene people. My 8ga padlock earring gets more attention from the 'nillas.
Prior to that, i wore a choke chain fitted as a choke chain (no lock) with a dog tag. Sucked when i bent over too quickly and it smacked me in the face, but i loved the way it felt when she would twist it tight around my neck.

i wear a thin beaded lariat the majority of the time. i sometimes remove it when at work or asleep because it has a tendency to remove itself in the middle of the night, and always remove it when showering or swimming. i also have a chain anklet that was my 24/7 symbol of his ownership before he got me the lariat as a gift this past christmas, and i still wear it often because i don't have to remove it for sleep, work, or showering. i have a thick leather collar with a d-ring on it as a play/private collar as well.

i would like to eventually have a locking 24/7 collar that was a bit less discreet, honestly (although still discreet enough to be worn all the time). he is very concerned about discretion, etc. so the lariat chain works for us for now :)

How do you like it? You are only the second person I know of that has one, and since I will probably be buying one soon, I would like to get your opinion on it.

I can always be found with mine on, at least one of them.  I have my original which I love, but am afraid if I wear it all of the time, it will not last that long.  It's leather with a rose charm on it, and the one he placed around my neck.  I also have one for clubs, it's black leather with rhinestones on it, and a ring in the front he can put a tag on.  I then have the one I wear most of the time.. it's a silver chain link one, that locks in the back with a padlock..it then has a heart tag with my name and collar date on it..also two charms of my symbols of faith.

Master placed  just a plain chain with a small padlock on me when He collared me on Feb 8 th 2005 but having to work out in the public Master would place it on my ankle,,, W/we Finally found a Collar i could wear 24/7 ,its stearling silver with tongles that has 2 small diamonds on it .. i wear it 24/7 .. i have had comments about having a dog chain on but also how pretty it is... even had a girl come up to me in wal-mart saying *wow I love your neckless* Can be seen in my profile. like others it could have been a string and i would have loved it! Master re-collared me on Nov. 27th 2006 when  iW/we were Married [sm=banana.gif]

I wear an eternity collar that closes with a set screw an an allen wrench that never comes off.
 
For most folks who do not know what it is they think it is just a piece of jewelry.

i like it a lot. It's a great look. i got used to the weight very quickly. For a while i had problems with the set screw loosening up when i was doing a lot of work, which lets it open just enough to clank, catch hairs, and occasionally pinch, but it seems to have settled down over the past couple of years. (i received it 10/31/03). It does not set off metal detectors, interestingly enough. For a while it was removed when i travelled, but we were on our way to the airport for a transatlantic cruise when we realized that i still had it on and the key was still in her jewelry box at home... got through security at JFK and Heathrow with no problems. Since then (April '05) i don't think i've had it off.

Master locked my collar on December 23rd last year. You can see it in my picture. It is rolled stainless steel and it locks with an allen wrench. I wear it 24/7 and I had to get used to the weight. No-one has made any comment- people see what they want to see. My youngest unmentionable (10) asked why I slept in my necklace and I told her it was because He gave it to me and so I will never take it off. She rolled her eyes (all 3 unmentionables are used to Mommy being crazy in love by now....)
 
Master also gave me the diamond heart at the same time- He said I have His heart and He has all of me.
 
I will be flying next week and Master said He will take it off for the trip so I can get through security. He expects me to feel wretched and naked without it. I suspect He will be right (as usual).
