Greetings Mistress -

I have yet another question, some of the doms/dommes that send me email state that to meet i should go to them, is it wrong for me to want them to come here instead?

ok seriously...no it's not wrong but it may be unrealistic. I wouldn't do it. If location is an issue, narrow your search to only local dominants. If relocation is not an option for you, traveling to meet someone is kind of a dead end unless she would be willing to move there.

It's not wrong for you to want it. However, it might not be the reality. If they want you to travel and you can't, explain why and see if they're willing to work with you. If this is a big deal for you, it'll be a good filter for a relationship.

Thank you to all that reponsed. I live closer to pittsburgh and i'm attending college.. I've expressed this to them and the response i get is " well you will have to miss class " I've just started college again (took time off , no funds) and don't wish to miss any classes unless i have to . I've norrowed the search down to locals in my area and its getting better.

If someone encouraged me to miss class, that would be a red flag. I'm looking for someone who I can trust to be looking out for what is best for me and the relationship.
I need someone who will encourage me to go to class, not flake off. I can do that by myself. So, for me, that would a screening device. I would know that person is not a match for me .
It sounds like you are better off confining your search to the local area for now.

The last thing I would want a submissive to do is skip out on a significant responsibility. That shows to me a lack of discipline and lack of responsibility IMO. So, if a dominant were to suggest such a thing, I would write them off. But that's just me

I would never encourage a submissive to miss class, that being said, I also do not travel to subs or slaves, they come to my world. How could they possibly clean my house if we're in theirs? LOL
