What does Old Guard relly mean?

It means one of two things. Either the person was involved in the gay leather scene with somewhat militaristic undertones after WWII to the early 60's, or..... someone is trying to give themselves instant credibility by pretending to have some kind of special training that makes them elite and some how better than others.

Usually, it means the latter.
