I have the greatest "sounds" torture. [:D] The submissive that is being punished is tied spread eagle on the bed naked. I make sure he is really bound tight and unable to free himself, real bondage. [:D] Next I put some headphones on his head and turn to some hard core rap music, not that fluffy stuff like Will Smith, real hard core down and dirty rap music. I turn the headphones up high but not high enough to cause hearing loss. He must lie there for about 4-6 hours helpless listening to that hard core rap music. That will teach him.

You're right, pixel, they do make sounds specifically for women. I dunno if it's absolutely necessary to use them or not...as long as one doesn't force things....also keeping in mind the fact women have a shorter urethra. For that reason special care must be taken, both with the instrument itself and with cleanliness (shorter urethra = higher propensity for bladder infections).
