I have the greatest "sounds" torture.

The submissive that is being punished is tied spread eagle on the bed naked.
I make sure he is really bound tight and unable to free himself, real bondage.

Next I put some headphones on his head and turn to some hard core rap music, not that fluffy stuff like Will Smith,
real hard core down and dirty rap music.
I turn the headphones up high but not high enough to cause hearing loss.
He must lie there for about 4-6 hours helpless listening to that hard core rap music.
That will teach him.

Thank you everyone for putting forth your 2 cents. I appreciate the information on medical 'sounds' and also enjoyed the posts regarding humours and very torturous verbals sounds as well

If I'm not mistaken, they make versions specifically used for women called urethral dilators (or something similar). They have a different shape and curvature to fit the specifics of a woman's anatomy.

You're right, pixel, they do make sounds specifically for women. I dunno if it's absolutely necessary to use them or not...as long as one doesn't force things....also keeping in mind the fact women have a shorter urethra. For that reason special care must be taken, both with the instrument itself and with cleanliness (shorter urethra = higher propensity for bladder infections).

Just be certain to disinfect the sound with a heating device as opposed to a cleaning solution for proper disinfection. Men have longer urethas than women but can still get an infection in their bladder or worse - - their kidneys. These heating devices are expensive so you may want to consider disposable cathedars as an alternative. :)
