Not me either...though a hand ON my neck is sexy as hell...and sends me right into la la land. I recently had a dominant friend, who knew my reaction to the hand-on-the-throat thang wrap his arm around my neck while I was restrained on a cross. I passed out! OMG I thought he knew I didn’t do that…so this was a first. I remember only coming-to…feeling my knees straighten (I’d been hanging in my wrist restraints) and experiencing the strong feeling I was going to throw up; and I was completely laced into leather hood! Bearlee, did you pass out from fear or pressure? If he knew how you felt, why did he do that... i sure would have been angry as hell. i'm glad you didn't get sick, but it might have been what he deserved if you had you puked all over him!

Sure, i love it. My first intro to it was via a good friend years upon years ago. i remember coming too and staring at hiim thinking "who is this guy and why the hell is he laughing his ass off" i remember looking around the room....... and wondering where the hell i was. It was massively strange. With Master, we do it, rarely and not for ages, but i love it. Never passed out, never had a bad reaction and i think it rocks.

i wanted to add, we only play around the neck [generally] sometimes when i am spunky He'll put His hands over my nose and mouth but this is a serious mind fuck for me and very little play like this occurs.

I love breath play but only with someone I trust implicitly. There is one dominant who can do just about anything he wants to me and has including wrapping his hands around my throat, yum! Although he's never had me pass out.

i enjoy breath play, but would not do it with anyone other than my dominant, and he is very careful about it - he generally doesn't do it for long periods of time and definitely not long enough for me to pass out. we're pretty light when it comes to this...nothing more than several seconds of pressure/choking, generally, and only on the neck. i'm not sure how i'd feel about going further, especially because of the medical risks and my preexisting medical issues, but i'm comfy with the little amount of it we do now and we both find it really enjoyable :)

With my current Dom, it is amazing, and I do enjoy it. He is skilled and I have never passed out from it. I do have a hard limit about my larynx not being compressed, carotid pressure is fine though. I did read Wiseman's essay after He first introduced it into our play and we talked about it in depth afterwards and set the limits. It has worked for us and I love the euphoria it produces.
