Since it is being posited now that draining the prostate via whatever method is linked to lower prostate cancer, I'd say yes, emptying the prostate only once a month may be dangerous. http://www.sensualism.com/sex/prostate.html As to the shrinking, that would best be discussed with a medical Dr.

How does a man ejaculating relate to the prostate? Ejaculate comes from the testes, which are no way connected to the prostate, or do i have my anatomy wrong?

the prostate actually contains a good portion of the semen (semen is much much more than just sperm) - which of course, has to connect to the system somehow - not to mention that the tissue that makes up the prostate is the same tissue that becomes the g-spot on a female.

My main concern would be that the build up between ejaculations would cause an increased pressure and irritation to the reproductive system. I dont see how anthing would shrink, run and hide, smile, up inside the body cavity, but not change in diameter. I agree milking the prostate is a good thing. All the sperm from one ejaculation would make up such a insignificate part that it is not missed when a male has a vasectomy. Sundew
