It apears to me, the practice of "an eye for an eye" has finally taken it's toll; the majority are now walking around blind.

Right now I don't think it would be wise to actively search while I'm so busy with finishing my PhD and other things. I can't say if we'll live here a year, two years, or more. Since I'm not looking for casual fun, I have to be able to have a stable location I think.

Of course if someone really impressed me I would consider him/her. So far that has not happened.

There's a very cute one in Houston, TX that I've had My eye on for a while.  The problem is, W/we are seeking very, very different things out of life and out of a relationship.  The thought does cross My mind from time to time to get in touch with him just to play, but his profile makes it very clear he does not want to be owned and is not seeking a long-term relationship.
 
That being the case, there's no one else in particular that I have My eye on.  There was a cute one near Me here in Dallas that I was intereested in, but I gave him a chance and he proved to be a complete flake.
 
So the search continues....

Status: offline 		I haven't really got my eye on anyone though there are several young ladies that I exchange emails and occasionally phone calls with from the other side. I am not overly optimistic with the whole internet thing so, we shall see. I didn't join this site with any relationship expectations at all. I was rather entangled with someone at the time.

I seem to have become rather relationship lazy. It's habit I think, any relationship I have ever had just sort of happened by accident and never by intent. In addition I have never really been a pursuer, always the pursuee.

If I were to analyse myself, which I won't, but if I were........I would think that perhaps it might have something to do with a revulsion to rejection. Buuuuuuuuuuut since I don't feel the need to go there, I will just call it laziness.
