As in food.

Lately I have been on a fresh fruit kick. All sorts of fruit, bananas, pineapple, green grapes, you name it. If it is available in the store right now I have been munching on it. I don't really have one favourite, it more depends on what tastes best at the moment. During raspberry season I am out there picking and eating. Same with strawberries. When my peach tree is ready there is nothing in the world better than a warm juicy peach right off the tree.

How lucky we are to have fresh fruit available year round. It is -2 degrees F outside and I can sit here eating a banana.

Soooooo, what is your favourite fresh fruit?

I just love summer when I can pick it fresh. The market can be deceiving. I have bought strawberries that looked awsome only to taste like mushy cardboard.

Now I am hungry for strawberry shortcake make with fresh picked berries.

Tomatoes.  Big beefsteaks, sliced thick on toasted potato bread with kosher salt and mayo.  The tomatoes can't ever be refridgerated either...room temp or warm from the sun only.
And seedless watermelon sprinkled with kosher salt.  Has to be cold, cold, cold.

Yum, I also love fresh pomegranates. I think they are so sexy......for a fruit.

Aileen, I also love fresh garden tomato sandwiches, and definately no refridgeration!

In the summertime, yes, cold cold watermelon, canteloupes, honeydews, love melons.  I really miss them in the winter.

Honestly I like the whole shebang.

Give me a nice, chilled fruit salad and I am happy.

I go through spells where I like one fruit or another. Like today it may be a good apple whereas tomorrow I couldn't think of eating an apple, it would have to be a tangerine. *shrug* weird.
This particular tomorrow though I kinda have my mouth set for bananna.....pudding. *grinzzz*

Love watermelon in the summertime, the crisp taste of Delicious apples, canteloupes, and honeydews.  Florida is also good for oranges, too.  I also like slicing bananas into Cool Whip or low fat yoghurt, it feels like you are getting something extra sweet and avoiding the calories and milk fat from the ice cream.

My absolute favorite fruit is probably a nice, sweet, juicy fresh peach.  However, I also love oranges, apples, watermelon, cantaloupe, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, pears, plums, nectarines, grapes, papaya, bananas, pineapple, and apricots.  In fact, the only two fruits I can think of that I don't like are figs and mangos.
