GreyStorm -> Theater of the mind (3/6/2005 1:29:29 PM)

I love my imagination. I think I have a pretty good one too. I couldn't even contemplate not having a vivid imagination. I look at objects and I don't always see what they are intended for, I see how I might use them. I can't wait to try things out. I can't wait to experiment. A simple kitchen tongs takes on a whole new meaning at times. A chain might become something to stuff inside my submissive and let it fall out one link at a time, uintil she screams in orgasm. Almost any object can be bent to my purposes. I simply have to find what that purpose is that is hidden inside of it.

An even bigger part of my imagination is conversation. Talking with someone on the internet is intoxicating at times. Sometimes things are miscommunicated, meanings lost, intentions bent, but for the most part, with an intelligent person carrying their half of the conversation, things can be imagined. I'm not distracted by where they are looking. What their body might be doing at the time. What subtle signals might be sent. I am concentrating on the written word. On what they type to me, in the flow of the conversation. I imagine if they are tossing their hair back at a joke. If they are grimacing at the topic. I am interposing my hopes and realities on what they physically might be doing as they type to me. Sometimes it is almost better to imagine those things. This is one of the reasons I don't post my own picture online. It's not that I am ugly, though I am no Brad Pitt, I simply want to be taken for what I type, and not judged by my looks. I am who I am, and you are who you are. I prefer to imagine at times......but I also know reality is much much better. To look into that special someones eyes....is soul turning.

Theatre of the mind.
Stage of the Soul.

To taste a word, to smell it's intoxication, to realise it's colour -
...is to accept its abilities...
and to understand yourself.

Peace & Love

Then I guess that means you really aren't all that imaginative.

are you a writer GreyStorm?

btw: not everyone is attracted to Brad Pitt.

GreyStorm -> RE: Theater of the mind (3/8/2005 6:08:41 AM)

Not professional writer, but I play one on the internet.

I know not everyone is attracted to Mr. Pitt, but he seems to have the most appeal.
(Can I do his wife though?)

Cheesehead= Wisconsin. Is this correct? What part of Wisconsin and what is the BDSM Community like where you are?

Cheesehead does equal Wisconsin. (On a side note, I had someone come visit from Australia a bit back, she didn't know why we were called cheeseheads. So I showed her. She was incredulous. Couldn't believe people wear hats shaped like cheese wedges) I'm in southern Wisconsin. Just a tad south of Madison the capital. The BDSM community is a bit thin where I live. But maybe that can be changed.
