Honestly, it depends on what I'm using the cock in question for.

Vaginal:  thick with an average length is wonderful.  Okay, length kinda depends on the person attached to the cock -- men who think that size is a way around skill can be rather painful, so 7.5" long is about my limit generally.  However, my favorite cock in the whole world is 6" long and 2" thick; I regularly ejaculate after G-spot stimulation just from penile-vaginal intercourse now.  Go figure.

Oral:  average girth and slightly shorter than average is preferable, so I don't have to worry so much about either choking or skinning the cock with my teeth if my jaw gets tired.  However, given that I know more than one guy who loves the idea of choking a woman on their cock, I guess that one is up for debate.

It all depends...
If the cock is just going to be strutting around the yard pecking at bugs then I suppose small is sufficient.
If the cock is needed for some cockfights, then it goes without saying that the larger the better.

I have had pretty big cocks, and not so big cocks.  I would say I prefer medium, because I am still tight and anything bigger hurts the whole time.  I am also a fan of the cut ones...always a must for me.
